Raspberry Ketones questions.

Hello everyone, I've tried searching around but I never found what is considered an effective Raspberry Ketone dose without major side effects. I've seen people say 300mg, 1g, 2g, etc. but nothing conclusive since Raspberry ketones don't really get much discussion. Also, I've heard these are especially good on ketogenic or low carb diets, so I guess these would be best on that kind of diet?

I plan on using these in a future cut combined with Combustion, for what it's worth.

DCP 2.0 has 300 mg in three doses (6 caps), and is highly effective. Of course, it has many other ingredients as well. Combustion and DCP 2.0 is an awesome stack.

From what I have seen, the dose needs to be 1,100-5,000mg for a 200 lb human. That's why DCP 2.0 doesn't solely rely on RK.

We always recommend at least 1.5g for RK. I like to take before meals if i have 3 decent meals per day. I've never heard of any real side effects, even at higher dosages. Best part is, they are very cost effective, and stack well with other products like Green Coffee Bean and EC stack.

I was actually looking at the TTA/RK500 stack...looks pretty good.

Or EBF metabolic powder. It's a hefty dose of HCA and raspberry ketones (2.5g) and its pretty inexpensive

I was actually looking at the TTA/RK500 stack...looks pretty good.
That is a killer stack. RK-500 x 3 pre meals is what I do.
