Question! after alphamine, compound 20.

after 2 months of alphamine, you need to stand for 2 weeks before moving on to compound 20?
or, finished with alphamine, you can immediately start with compound 20?

I don't see any reason you couldn't jump into the C-20 right away if you wanted. :)

How did you like the Alphamine?

Agreed. Feel free to start C20, if you'd like.

Awesome to hear man. Are you continuing your run with Forskolin-95?

Yes, for a few days.

in October, when the diet is more caloric,
I'll start with ara + abe + amentomax + ep1c and others, creatine mono, agmatine, carnitina tartrate, glycerolo etc etc: D

throughout the month of September,
given that the calories will rise slowly,
I thought to compound 20, which I have in the drawer.

I use compound 20 myself but only pre-workout along with potassium nitrate.

That October stack looks pretty awesome.

Sure does.

Considering that you're running AnaBeta Elite in October, you might want to think about continuing use of F-95 for an additional 4 weeks, which would give you a solid 12 week run of 95% Forskolin (assuming 4 weeks of ABE). I usually run and recommend forskolin for up to 12 weeks, followed by a month off, as noticeable changes in body composition generally start picking up around the 4 week mark and continue to improve from there. Either way, your supplement lineup looks good and should be beneficial to your goals.
