as far as taking a multi, i just kind of figure that it would be a good time to get alot of antioxidants in you. your muscles can just soak up the goodness and there is a lot of waste that needs to be nuetralized.

why only vitamin c?
I've read that vitamin c helps to lower cortisol a bit as well as help get rid of free radicals. I take 2-2.5g of it a day with 1g PWO because I can use all the help I can get. Plus if it helps lower cortisol than it's a bonus, if not it's always good for the immune system. hope this kinda answers your question.

here is my contribution

30g WPI and 60g Vitargo in 10 oz water (+ a little milk for bettering taste)
2 tablespoons of my liquid MSM/Glucosamine/Chronidotin/vit C complex

I was used to take creatine post-WO too, but i felt no extra benefits doing that.

Vitamin C is a good anti-oxidant. If u dont have any other benefits, at least its good to prevent aging :)

Syr - I had read that C & E can inhibit fat burning, so that could be why not to take pre-WO.

I take about 25-30 g whey, low GI (either 2 cups skim, or 25-30 g carbs from oatmeal or Wheaties - just to finish off the box), a men's multi, C 500 mg & E 400 iu.

Ah thank you. I take my organic multi pre-workout and i could care less :) It doesnt have more than 400% rda on vit C and E so I think i'm fine.
Also i have only visceral fat to burn.
