Syr - I had read that C & E can inhibit fat burning, so that could be why not to take pre-WO.
I take about 25-30 g whey, low GI (either 2 cups skim, or 25-30 g carbs from oatmeal or Wheaties - just to finish off the box), a men's multi, C 500 mg & E 400 iu.

Ah thank you. I take my organic multi pre-workout and i could care less It doesnt have more than 400% rda on vit C and E so I think i'm fine.
