I usually buy the schiff "move free" with glucosamine and chondroitin. A friend of mine gave me the "Move Free Ultra". Instead of having glucosamine and chondroitin, it has hyaluronic acid 3.3mg. Isn't 3.3mg a very small amount?

Yeah very small. Iirc recommended is 50mg and some joint supps have 100mg. Look into joint help or ax joint restore. Joint restore worked wonders for me.

Thanks, I'll look into it. I wound up picking this up today what I was out.

Same amount of hyaluronic acid, but it has glucosamien in it. It's the best I could find at walgreens.
