Next stack. ARA + ABE + ...
In September, after two weeks of nonstop from supplements (, f95%, creatine mono, nolvadren xt), I will start the stack, ARA and , plus other supplements (carnitine tartrate, glycerol, , Amino IV, creatine mono).
my pattern for 50 days.
6 sofgel Ara, daily, 6, 1 hour after breakfast on days off. 6, 45 minutes pre work, in the days on, still fasting.
Elite (new), as labeled, 4 a day, 2 + 2, on days off. 2 prework, 2 post work on days on.
Carnitine tartrate, 2 grams together with ARA, in the days off.
2 grams together with ARA in prework, days on.
Glycerol, 6 grams with ARA, only on days.
, 1 gram prework, 500 mg at lunch, every day, 500 mg pre bed every day.
Amino IV, 2 scoops intra work, 2 scoops post work.
Creatine mono, 5 grams pre work, days on. 5 grams at breakfast, in the days off.
Of course, follow a diet with high calories.
Currently they are hypo, I still have another 10 days.
Then slowly, I'm going to increase again the beloved carbs.

I just wanted to copy the last test of molecular nutrition.
The study took place at the Human Performance Research Lab, inside the University of Tampa. Thirty college-aged men were recruited, and randomized into two groups. The men were all experienced lifters to begin with, with an average maximum bench press of 229lbs. and leg press of 510lbs. going in. The men in the first group were given 1,500 mg of ARA (6 capsules of X-Factor) daily, and the other an identical-looking placebo. All men followed a controlled periodized resistance-training program for 8 weeks. At the end of the study, the group supplementing ARA reported significantly greater gains in lean body mass (3.6 lbs. vs. 0.2 lbs.). They also noticed an 88% greater increase in muscle thickness (.47 cm vs. .25 cm), and added significantly more strength to bench press and leg press (110 lbs. vs. 76 lbs.). Lastly, wingate peak anaerobic power was dramatically improved with ARA (78W vs. 28W), a 275% greater increase.

Just wanted to chime in and say, I did ABE+ARA+Follidrone, and that many hormones made me feel really really bad. Lethargy etc, I just think its too much to stack together.
Maybe 2 anabolics, but 3 was insane.
or ARA+ABE would be good

I made these for a period stack:

xfactor for 50 workouts.
2) xfactor (1.5 grams) + Bioforge
xfactor for 50 workouts.
3) xfactor (1 gram) + xt nolvadren
xfactor for 50 workouts
as you notice, I have already tried in the past ARA, and I've always liked.
Now, I want to try something different.
Instead of doing 50 workouts, I wanted to do the cycle of 50 days, to see if there are differences on the outcome.
the question is,
1grammo per day, or 1.5 grams per day?
I assumed that in the period of ARA 1.5 to workout, I felt more pumped.

If you felt 1.5 grams was more beneficial, go with 1.5 grams then.
