    I figure there are pea, rice, and hemp based proteins, I just don't know any good brands.

    I had a sample of Warrior Blend, link below. It was alright. SAN Fusion was better, non dairy protein has a different taste and unique texture in my opinion. Out of the two I had, I would go with SAN.

    I just got San banana coconut whey. One of the best tasting proteins I've ever had. If they carried the taste aspect into the others I'm sure they taste amazing.

    Vega Sports is another legit brand, although I have never had their protein.

    Afi, I cannot wait to try that flavor. I have to go through my other tubs though!

    I have had constant issues with my stomach that doctors can't give me a definite answer on what's causing the problems. Constant stomach bloat, nausea, diarrhea, lose of appetite, and just an overall ill feeling.

    I swear I have a food intolerance but I have been told the tests aren't always accurate and the best way to tell is by cutting them from your diet. I am going dairy free for a month followed by going gluten free for a month to see if any of that helps me out.

    I have cut out all dairy from my diet except for my USP OxyELITE Protein so I would like to switch to a dairy free protein for the month.

    Thanks everyone for the suggestions, that helps me out a lot!

    Just had a sample of SAN Rawfusion Chocolate, the other day. Solid. Didn't have to choke it down. Pretty sure I had Vanilla a while ago, too. I dont remember not liking it.

    F that lol I'm not doing them both at the same time, I'm doing a month of no dairy where I will continue to eat gluten and then when that time is up I will do a month of no gluten and introduce dairy back into my diet. I figure if I get stomach issues once introducing dairy back into my diet then it's likely to be dairy and vice versa once I introduce gluten back into my diet and if I get stomach issues again then it's most likely gluten. And if it's neither, then back to square one haha.

    No, I knew you were doing them separate. . That's still tough, id have to eliminate 80% of my diet between those two groups. 0_o

    Oh haha my bad! Yeah I eat a ton of dairy and gluten products so these next two months are not going to be fun.

    100% isolate is still dairy, but usually helps those with lactose issues.

    OP, I have the same issue as you described. After months of experimenting is turned out to be carbohydrate amount and gluten. I avoid gluten products like the plague! If I go over 200 g of carbs I bloat up as well. Add a probiotic like Super Enzyme by NOW Foods into your daily.

    You can try buying some Lactase capsules. Empty them out into your protein shake and let your shake sit in the fridge for an hour or so. Then drink it

    lg used to make a pea protein that wasn't too bad, odd at first but then you get used to it and it doesn't taste terrible...also isotean wouldn't really fit what you asked but i've had friends who switched to an all isolate protein and reduced bloat and all of that

    however like someone mentioned, gluten is usually the culprit in a lot of these situations described
