Greens Supp

Anyone here use a greens supplement? If so which do you recommend?

Been reading some good things about them but I'm not sure I need one. I take a multi (OT or Multi Jym) and a Probiotic (Gut Health) so I'm not sure its necessary but do have the cash to spend if it is beneficial in anyway. Was looking at CL's Oximega Greens but wanted some input first. I do get about 4-5 servings of veggies a day in, specifically only broccoli and spinach since they're easiest to make, not much fruit though.

Green Vibrance. Only greens that I've noticed any appreciable difference. Mix with some apple juice and it actually tastes decent.

I've been using oximega greens for about the last month or two (minus vacation). Profile is stellar and the taste is good enough. I eat a good bit of veggies in the evenings but through the day I've just been doing shakes so this fits the gap.

The nice thing is it has a lot of the fruit vit/min that I miss out on by not eating much if any fruit (keto). I'd def recommend it as it's priced well too. I got a buy 2 get 1 deal as well

If your not eating much fruit you're prob missing out on some antioxidants and such that can be a nice boost

I was taking Oximega greens for months and then stopped and noticed no difference at all. I say save your money and try and get in more of the real thing.

I either use Cytogreens or IFN athletic multi. I dont see any need to take both.

I take a scoop in my post-workout protein shake.

Like spearminted grass! Literally! I used to mix it with my labrada joint juice! It took the edge off it!
Its the only greens supp ive tried, so i cant compare!

Lots of CL love. Appreciate it guys. Orange Triad + Greens would be kickass. The Greens taste like tea with a hint of orange to me.

SAN's actually tastes decent. I had to take Oximega Greens as a shot, didn't like the flavor at all. Surprised how many say they enjoy that. Lol. Not that flavor is most important, but what good is it if you can't stomach it.
