Norco + F95

What is the best way to dose this stack?

I dosed a Norco 45 min preworkout, then two more later on the day (I also stacked it with alphamine, so you could switch it to 2 pre 1 later if you wanted). I've never ran F95, but most people dose 2 pre and 2 post workout, or 2 am 2 pm.

Take the forskolin alongside the norcodrene

Assess tolerance with 1 cap Norcodrene in the morning and 1 cap later in the day. If needed, you can up the dose to 3 caps per day. Personally I like 1 cap in the morning and 2 caps pre-workout.

Forskolin doses are usually between 50-100mg per day. Start with a low dose and if no GI distress is noticed, up the dose. As Josh stated, dose your Forskolin with you Norcodrene doses.
