Food, liquids, oxygen.

Lol nobody should with any degree of seriousness list anything here.

Supplements we use as staples or for health benefits is another story

**now that the description was somewhat edited I will say that in terms of "feeling" my best I like some caffeine in my day.
Multivitamins aren't felt but are definitely a staple for me

Personally wheat grass powder has a profound effect on my sense of well being. Also supps like L-theanine and L-Dopa make a huge difference in the way I feel, anxiety wise and sleep wise

These days, some type of caffeine to get me going in the morning.

Otherwise, protein, multi, and creatine have been staples for years.

When I take a break from fish oils even for a day or two I feel it in my joints. I could live without them of course but I'd be in some pain daily and would probably take a lot of NSAIDS.

Caffeine, there is no life without caffeine. And plain ole creatine monohydrate. And daily zinc.

There was a time I couldn't live without trib & tongkat for the mood and libido effects.

You are sooooo missing out LiveToLift!. Baklava is amazing!. Most of the Greek based Pizza places sell it.
Sounds like it! I'll look one up around here and for it in to a cheat day! :)

DCP 2.0 - bulk or cut, it helps me stay lean and can be stacked with a number of products

ArA - same reasons as DCP but for pure LBM.

Anabeta - versatile as the others i have mentioned, and one of my favorite products hands down.

Creatine, Betaine (I like Green Magnitude for these), DCP 2.0 (honestly, I'd run it year round if I could), Aminos, Cissus, Nitrates, and Protein Powder (although, I use this last one pretty sparingly)

Usually I think there's not many things I depend on, then when I have to make a list I realize I use a lot more than I think haha.

ALCAR, really helps with school/studying
Creatine, no explanation needed
Fish oil
CEL Cycle Assist, organ support is highly underrated
Ephedrine
Caffeine
Some form of GDA, Glycophase currently
