Hello all! First post here.
I started taking Super Cissus 5 days ago to try to clear up some biceps tendinitis. I've been trying to take it easy. I've recently started getting strange pains in my elbow and sometimes other parts of my arm, I think all related to my biceps tendon. The pain is very short bursts, sometime in succession, sometimes not. Like a needle being driven in. This while sitting down in a chair doing nothing. I've had the tendinitis for a while now, but I've never had this symptom.
So I'm wondering if others who have taken cissus for tendinitis have experienced this. I hope it's a sign of the cissus working.
