Hey I noticed that PrimaForce Cissus actually breaks down the extract percentages while USP Labs does not. Is there literature stating the percentages of USP Labs Super Cissus?

I believe they have used different % over batches - that's why its not listed
So I could have a very weak batch? I mean its my first time using the product and I'm not seeing/feeling anything different in joint cushioning

so the HIGHER the percentage the WORSE it is for joint support?
I wouldnt say worse, but rather not quite as good. Cissus also is used for other purposes other than joint support and higher extracts may support this over lower

The extract is proprietary, including the process and the final product. As others have mentioned with cissus and other herbs it is not always higher % = better. In many cases these plants contain multiple actives so standardization/extraction for/of one does not necessarily tell the whole story. I have not tried a wide variety of cissus products myself, but SuperCissus is a staple. It has virtually eliminated tendon pain that crippled my training for a couple of years and it kept my joints feeling great through my last show prep. If you're looking for a cissus based joint support supplement you will not be disappointed with it. :)

The reason why I ask is because when I take it I dont feel anything "working" for instance I had a sore right knee after a leg day. after a week still the same soreness. 2 pills 3 times a day

I see. I think that it will take longer than a week on just about any joint supplement to notice anything. I would at least give it the full bottle and see how you feel then. Cissus works relatively fast, but not in only one week. If the sore knee is s regular occurrence then you might want to consider what the source of the problem is or even see a medical specialist so that you can handle the problem in the most effective manner. SuperCissus is an amazing joint support supplement but it isn't a cure-all and it takes time to do it's thing.

Out of all the cissus products I've tried, which was most of the name brands, I continue to use Cissus XT.

You're saying USP is doing a totally unique extraction process? I would love to hear about that.
No, not necessarily. That info is simply not made available, which is generally the case with our extracts.

Yeah I'd definitely advise against just using cissus powder. I've tried the tastes of just about every bulk powder out there when figuring out what stuff I can just mix together myself and what I needed to cap, and cissus has to be one of the worst tasting herbal extracts around.

If you go the powder to save money, I'd make sure you already have encapsulating equipment.

As for the capped route, our Cissus XT should be about the best price point in most stores.

Primaforce is standardized for 40% total Ketosterones, and while USP may not list it now, Super Cissus was always standardized for 20% total Ketosterones.

Anecdotally it has always been thought that a 40% standardization was better for "anabolic" properties whilst a 20% standardization was better for pain/joint relief.

I have used both extensively myself and for pure joint relief I've always liked Super Cissus. BUT, cost wise I can get bulk Primaforce for cheap so I just do that most of the time and double up the dosage.

Yeah I know. But Joint help is not sold in my country. Need to order from UK, problem is the £ is expensive.

Okey. Thank you for your information! :)

Joint Help is a great product but does need to be cycled off. I believe the iForce rep recommended no more than 3 months on without at least a month off.

Good to know. Was just about to put down another order. Guess it'll be the last one before taking some off.
