Hello everyone. I have been taking pre workouts, protein, creatine for years and have sort of plateaued over the last few months. I did a little research and see that many folks have had good results with Alpha Mass, Alpha Mass 1T and Epi. I am having a bit of trouble finding a consistent cycle plan though and was looking for some advice.
Me:
6'4", 251lbs, 27 yrs old.
Not sure on body fat but there is some...
What I was hoping to do was put on muscle mass and lean out with this stack.
Here is the plan:
Diet: 3500 calories/day, 35/45/20 (P/C/F)
I currently lift 5-10 times per week.
Cycle (8 weeks)
Alpha Mass: 1 in the morning, afternoon, evening
Alpha 1T: 1 in the morning, afternoon, evening
Epi: 2 in the morning
Creatine Monohydrate: approx. 40g/day
Preworkout: Friction + 2 Thermostim
So, what do you all think?
