Been a while since I last posted on here. I am currently cutting and have been using XFA for about a week now. Will also be using XF right after.

So my questions are

1) is ArA worth taking during my cut? I am just trying to maintain as much strength as possible.

2) does ArA truly increase hunger? Would be bad during a cut for me since I already have a hard time controlling my appetite

3)Not sure why but the past week since starting XFA + peak beta+ pre workout, my strength feels like it's been going down. I doubt it could be from XFA but I am wondering if anyone else had similar issues?

1) It's good for any time you want to take it. I took it during a recomp/lean bulk and made strength gains while leaning out.
2) I did not notice any hunger increase.
3) Not sure. XFA has omega 3 in it I believe, which may diminish the effects of the ArA itself.

1. ArA will be beneficial in a cut, especially if you're trying to maintain strength.

2. I never noticed an increase in hunger with ArA. Other have I believe.

3. Too many variables, but I wouldn't blame that stack. Doesn't Peak Beta have a huge dose of COP in it? I think it's other factors.

Great advice, and very odd on the strength issue. Usually X-Factor, Peak Beta+ or the combo will have your strength through the roof. Correct on the COP, high doses of COP, LCLT and norvaline.

I find even better than maintaining strength w ArA during a cut, is the maintaining fullness and roundness to the muscle. Nothing worse than flattening out and looking stringy.

thinking about running xgels with epi. from my reading i think my only concern would be dry joints. as for my pct it will be my cruising dose of trt test cyp @ 1/2ml every week if needed i could bump to 1ml a week as i have a surplus. what you guys think?

1) ARA is perfect for a cut and maintaining strength (and sparing muscle) during a calorie deficit.
2) ARA increases anabolism (imo) and will increase hunger from than viewpoint, but not in an un-manageable way like AB. ARA is the right choice for you on a cut.
3) I suspect your pre-workout is not agreeing with you. Is this a new pre-workout? How does it affect on it's own? If it does not cause this side effect, I would suspect taking too many caps (I take 6 ARA and 6 PB) pre-workout may not be agreeing with you. You could take 1/2 an hour before workout, then the other 1/2 one half hour before workout and then take your pre-workout 10-15 before you start.

It is worth taking in a cut, but even more beneficial in an calorie excess (go figure).

I've never noticed any additional hunger increases from any supplement personally. I can get appetite suppressants but not enhancers.

Too many variables to say what is causing that issue

X2 on the appetite being very individual

OP, re: strength, perhaps you need a deload, or your preWO is affecting you negatively. Never once heard of a strength decrease with X-Factor or Peak Beta+
