agreed... there are things I take when im not "on" in the gym. it really depends..
you seem to be asking if fat burners will help you get lean with out hard work?? if that's the case then no.. they will not work if you don't, at least not in the fashion most would hope.
You really need to make sure your nutrition and training are on point first, but many supplements can assist you with the process.
