Women shouldn't use testosterone. And this belongs to anabolics section.

New to this. Estrogen is the enemy of women so why not take testosterone to combat it? Or HGH?

Virilization effects are bad. Facial hair growth, enlarged clitoris, deepened voice...

HGH can be used by females but it's not for beginners.

Besides, more testosterone = more estrogen as well.

It depends on the situation. Using blanket statements like "testosterone for women is bad" is ignorant. Are you a female bodybuilding competitor with a real chance to go pro? Then yes it's a discussion to have with a professional. Are you simply looking to become more fit? Then no, definitely not. Certain exogenous sources of test can be used for great results as long as it's done in the correct manner.

Unless you are training an animal lol

One of those things madly effective in animals but next to no crossover in humans.

There's data supporting the use in obese patients, but overall there are much better aids OTC.

To sum up test is a no. HGH sure if you can afford it at about 2iu a day have fun... two things first get your workouts and diet in check then look at fat burners like ECA stack or clen. You don't need anabolics for just a six pack. What is your long term goal?
