Avina Sativa Equivlance to raw oats

I would like to know in a ball park estimate, how much whole raw rolled oats in ounces ( non processed ) would be equivlant to 100 mg of the standard concentrated avena sativa supplement off the shelf. Technically Avena Sativa is Wild Oats and the best quality oats that you can buy are probably GMO or genetically modified, but still Im assuming render and probably are used for the essential compounds used to process the Avena Sativa supplements?
