Optimum Alpha, best single supplement, it's kinda an all in one instead of buying 3-4 products to achieve the same results. Other than that my favorite singular ingredient/supplement right now is agmatine sulfate

yes, for about the last 5 years when I get extra bad joint pain, it works well
Were you using it in combo with anything or just cissus solo? Was curious how effective it was for you from a solo perspective.

ive done it alone and with gluco/chon/msm and other things. It works well alone. It takes a good 1-2 weeks to really feel a difference. I remember in college the first time I took it was because my elbow was hurting really bad anytime id do sets of bench with over 275, so I would just stick with that for reps. Well two weeks after taking cissus (2caps am and pm) I benched 365 for 5 without pain. It just didn't hurt to press anymore. I've taken it for months at a time, but stay on the glucosamine/chondroitin all the time.

I'm taking cissus now. Almost done with the bottle :-(

It helped a bit. You took more than the usual 4pills?

I take more than four a day at the start to speed up the effects if I'm in pain, I'll also take two mid day. Cissus in large amounts is anabolic I believe. I always have a bottle sitting around incase I need it, have one in my drawer right now.

Every kid's first supplement!

And if you had siblings you got to fight over getting your favourite flavour (orange ftw)

Everyone knows orange was the best. Not even a competition.

Cissus is not anabolic. That idea was generated from a gross misinterpretation of some studies that cissus demonstrated stimulation of osteoblasts in bone (i.e., anabolism).

I meant it in terms of feeling anabolic due to joints being much more lubricated and feeling better. But thanx for the clarification ;-)

You literally just linked the study LOL. Take the 60 seconds to read the full ergolog article and not just the title
I have read it, maybe you should re-read? Or take a look at the first graph? Or here, read this quote "The extract caused a greater weight gain than methandrostenolone" at no point does that study cut down cissus as not being anabolic...
