I eat clean 90% of the time. I'm currently lean bulking. Taking in about 500 calories over maintenance per day. Lifting 5-6 days a week. HIIT running 2-3 days a week. Yoga once a week. Anyhow, going to go all out and "cheat" for a buddy's bday at Texas De Brazil. Which supplements/nutrition partitioners do you guys recommend ?
My only wishes are that you do not recommend:
CLA or Anabolic Pump. Any other advice ? Already plan on taking some extra psyllium husk to help speed up the excretion process. Thanks !
