  4. If it doesn't bother you Yohimbine HCL will likely be effective and is much cheaper. I run F-95 a lot, but if you're going to get 100 mgs for say 12 weeks as a lot of people do on here it's going to be fairly expensive. Especially if you don't get it on a good sale! (Luckily, lot of those exist).

    Both are solid though.

  6. Stack them. Y is fairly cheap anyway and Forskolin runs about 20 a bottle. Yohimbine if choosing only one though.

  9. For what it counts I had outstanding results with 7,5mg of Y HCL stacked with 200mg Caffeine and 40mg Synephrine.
    For a month I took this stack 60min prior to cardio sessions and weights.

    If you have to pick one, go Y for sure.

    I just picked up some Y-HCL (2.5gm each) and started taking 7.5mg before my work outs myself. It's only been a week so it's too early to comment.
