Yes. Achilles is excellent. Just make sure you run two bottles. Effects don't really kick in until like week 3/4

On my second bottle of Achilies now and am liking it. I'm using Joint Force on problem areas as well though.

According to their website, they updated the formula, including increasing the dosages of Heteropterys Aphrodisiaca and Cissus. Also, they added boswellia.

What type of flare-ups are you talking about (e.g., pain, inflammation, etc.)?

Re injured my back. Had a previous herniation. May have caused another or reinjured this one

Need anti inflammatories but most give me heart burn. And Achilles seems to work very well based off all the research I've done.

Have you had any imaging done since you re-injured your back? I'm definitely not a doctor/specialist, so I'm not recommending anything because I simply do not know. Although, dsade said that Nerve Restore would provide some analgesia from neuropathic pain. Coop also referred to it in the EvoMuse sub forum. Along with Achilles, it could be something to check out after you get everything squared away with an actual doctor.

Good deal. I would think getting imaging done again would be a good plan of action.

Are you in much pain?

The pain I'm in is sooooo bad it's ridiculous

Just had second accupuncture session

Chiro yesterday

Pt in about 1 hour.

Waiting on getting MRI script from doc. He's gotta call it in and let it be approved or something. I honestly don't know what he's doing. But he's a friend of mine so we will see.

Agmatine has human research specifically for this purpose

Like Steve, I also use this stuff. With all the running I do, it has helped my knees.

Unfortunately about 5 days ago I really hurt my back - been taking anti-inflammatory and percocet (for the pain as needed) - and of course I am forced to rest and wait it out. I suggest you try to do the same or you will just aggravate it further.

I find that joint help at a high dose works pretty well for joint pain but I cant say its gonna relieve that kind of pain. I would find some one in your area who does vertebral decompression. "Vax-D" as its sometimes called is a non surgical method of healing a herniation. works miracles for me brother. and literally over night relief

Yea chiro by me does it but its like a daily treatment for a while and very costly.

I went to school with him so maybe he can work something out for me

How many times you go a week?

I have 2 bottles of Achilles coming and 1 bottle joint help

nice...
I recommend 6 joint help a day for acute pain. use the achillies as well.

I know most dr will want you to go every day up to twice for about a week.

I only do it when I need it. and frankly I do it at home or in the gym.

last time I was really hurting.. was the first time used vax-d.. the drs wanted to fuse me after viewing the mri. I went back to work for 8 hrs the day after the first pull at home. that's after not being able to work let alone dress myself for a month prior.

with decompression the herniation will suck back into the disc relieving pressure on the nerves that are causing all the pain

I thought it was a specific machine only the chiros have.

it is.. but the principles if applied properly can be done on gym equipment.
I do any were from 95-150 lbs pulls. which is about the same as what the machines will pull.
you have a home gym?

Yep, traction would probably yield the most immediate relief however it needs to be done carefully.

2g of agmatine has numbed my pain before. Bromelain or serrapeptase can also help with the inflammation. Ice is golden.
