Any supplement suggestions for muscle mass?!
As said, food. Proper diet is 99%

Otherwise, start simple with a proven supplement if you want to add an edge. Creatine monohydrate at 5g/ day

What is your current weight, height, and activity level?

What do you think your TDEE is

6'1 weigh 155 workout 6 days a week intense
You must have an absurd metabolism or are overestimating your caloric intake.

Your age limits your options, should be 18 for most.

At your age I would just keep eating and lifting.

Are you extremely active with those calories? Sports?

This. Saw your food outline in the other thread. Stopped reading at the first words '2 egg whites'

Eat some whole eggs lol.
Are you gaining weight currently? If so just keep things as they are and workout.
If not, eat more.

9500 calories is obviously not enough.

Your body may not want any muscle.

Learn some VooDoo.

Knock out the biggest guy you see and then transfer souls.

This is one of the best posts I have ever seen.
OP, are you sure on the 9500 calories? Do you realize how much food that is? 6lbs of rice is about 1800 calories (iirc), just to give you an idea.
