Reduce sweating, increment motivation , detox, increase focus

Salvia officialis: (reduce sweating)

Modern evidence shows possible uses as an antisweating agent, antibiotic, antifungal, astringent, antispasmodic, l hypoglycemic, and tonic

Apple cider vinegar with the mother ( acv):

Apple cider vinegar may aid in weight loss by stabilising the blood sugar for a longer period and helping to control the appetite. Try taking 1-2 teaspoons in water before each meal. This little trick may also help with diabetes. Don't just rely on ACV to help you trim down though. It won't work if your diet is rubbish. ACV should be an accompaniment to a healthy, balanced diet.

Apple cider vinegar has 11.3 mg per liter of GHB, gaba agonist more than wine, it is low quantity but therefore not toxic but instead increase motivation, lower inhibition,

Warning!!!!: apple cider vinegar is acidic , so ALWAYS mix it with water and raw honey

------

3 scoops of raw honey
3 spoons of salvia officialis
1 spoon of chamomile

Some studies show it will affect GH, but the cons far outweigh the pros from what I've seen.
