Basically I'm looking a for a effective fatburner you have use and can attest.

I have never had the need to use a fatburner, due to a well planned diet and due to this I don't really have knowledge of which products/supplements/ingredients are effective and which are marketing hype.

Basically, your experience or advice would be of which are worth looking into.

This will part of a recomposition stack and just looking to maximise fat loss aspect

I looked around and Alphamine seems legit, Dexaprine...

(Can be stim/non-stim)

Thoughts appreciated

Forskolin. Green Coffee Bean Extract.

Two effective non-stim options.
+1 for these bad boys.

I've always incorporated Alpha-T2 in all of my cuts (and recently started trying Shift).

Recompadrol is great for a GDA whenever you want to eat somewhat outside of your "healthy/clean" eating :)

Appetite suppressants coupled w/ other fat burning ingredients:

- Burn24
- Decimate AMPlified
- AMPilean
- Level II
- Alphamine (used in the past w/ great success)
- Stimul8 (while considered a "preworkout" the stimulant effects/thermogenesis from this really help it add fat burner to it's resume)

Erase/Erase Pro to assist with leaning out.

dexaprine would be a great option, however if ur new to fatburners or stimulants in general, you may want to start as a half of a dose and go from there

A lot of great suggestions in here fellas!!!

I'd like to add PX Black to the list as well. Very solid product at a great price.

Mood elevation, focus, energy and appetite suppression are all things users have reported.

http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/redefine-nutrition/px-black-pro-xanthine-90-capsules.html
Also PX 500-XT is our higher stim fat burner. Although it has all the same mood elevation and appetite suppressing effects as PX Black it offers a bigger kick in the pants in the energy department.

Took a sample pack of that from Snags and thought someone lit my insides on fire. Thermo is intense with that one.

Check out Alphamax + Fitmax combo, its going for $34.99 for both products on Nutraplanet.

Alphamax contains 50mg of 95% Forskolin plus 75mg Arimistane so your going to lean down, harden up and get more vascular. As well theres other test boosting ingredients that will help you hold onto your hard earned muscle.

Fitmax is a fat burning pre workout, you get all the benifits of a great pre workout ie. Creatine, Citrulline, Agmatine but you also get fat burning ingredients like L-Carnitine and Advantra-Z. Fitmax is not used soley as a fat burner but it makes a great addition to a cut as you get both a great pre workout and fat burning properties.

Yeh decimate amplified looks solid, not available in UK yet.

What are your thoughts on Alpha T2 and experiences?

UK Alphamine is still good (I'll probs combine it with Alpha T2 for my next cut).

I got the US version of Dexaprine XR sent to me and its unbelievably strong. I am a shaking mess on half a cap even with a large caffeine tolerance.

Forskolin
Alpha-T2
Alphamine
Shift (they stopped making it, but iForce has one with T2 in it)

I'm going to run that same stack again in March but swap out Alphamine for Norcodrene. Yeah budday!

Alphamine is good to go and with the powder it is easy to adjust dose. Dexaprine is also a great option. Very long lasting stim and like already stated start with a half tab. You could aslo just do the classic eca stack. Also I like to throw in erase anytime Im trying to cut Always helps me lean out faster.

I have to say, I got a tub of alphamine and was NOT impressed with it. I only finished about 2/3's of it. It didn't kill my appetite, the taste that everyone raves about seemed horrendous to me, and I don't know, I just wasn't feeling it. About a week ago, I decided to finish it off before it went bad and...my impression is much different. I really like the feeling this time around (I'm taking 11-Oxo at 750-1,000 mg/day and large doses of diiodothyronine also). It gives me energy without making me wired, improves my mood and kills my hunger for about 3 hours (sometimes 2, sometimes 4...it depends) I take it in the morning before I get coffee, and I often can't even finish the coffee I feel so full. It is a good product. I wish it tasted a little better and I wonder if I got a bad tub of it flavor wise or something....I will be getting more in the future though, which I think is a big testament to a product that I originally didn't like.

Forskolin is solid. I also like 7-OH, 7-Oxo or the transdermals of 7-Keto-DHEA. I've dropped weight with little effort on a mix of Forskolin, DMAA and 7-Oxo before, so I may be overly impressed with the 7-oxo (kind of the reverse of the alphamine maybe?) - but I think it is good stuff.

I think the Alphamine/Forskolin mix is going to be your best starting point. You can add other stuff, but those will give results and a good starting point from which you can fine-tune things.

Any benefits with EGCG and CLA? My friend takes 6g L-Carnitine with up to 10g CLA and tells me he swears by this?

Do you know how the UK version of Alpha T2 differs from US version?

Yeh it sounds potent

That's was quick! So does it have the yohimbine derivative? I haven't tried but interested.
Any legitimate stock of the newer version of AT2 (SA2-A, not rauwolscine) is the same formula so yes, it would contain our yohimbe extract.

I got the USA version of Alpha T2 sent to me as well. ;) Some sneaky UK suppliers have it.

To Hit4me: I didn't like Fruit Punch that much, and didn't understand why people were raving about alphamine until I had one scoop RL alphamine in 500 to 600ml of ice cold water.

Jakey - Thanks for that, I will definately switch up the flavor next time around. Thanks for the advice.

As for the CLA/L-Carnitine - yeah they work, but to a much lesser degree. These would be fine tuning ingredients, not base ingredients. L-Carnitine I think can have a bigger impact and PLCAR will really increase your endurance, at least it did for me. I believe that 6-10g of CLA can be helpful, but results will be in the 4-6 month range, not the "I dropped 10 pounds this month" range. I bought some CLA and ran it for 6-8 months when NP had it on sale for $7/bottle and I could get enough to run for a long time.

I would go with the Alphamine/Forskolin mix to start and then tweak from there as you want to try things...

It's a good formula. Still yohimbine based though. I have two bottles awaiting a cut right here :)

I was maybe thinking of throwing AT2 in the mix as a caffeine free option to take with enhanced PRE to optimize thermogenesis?

Or just 1 scoop Alphamine & 1 scoop Enhanced?

Thoughts people

I have use Level II pills and powder. Powder I like because you can take it as a pre workout and still get the thermogenic effects. The pills are probably better for fat loss considering the dose is consistent each time. With powder it up to you to scoop the same amount. Level II will light you up its a amazing product also check out tigerdirect for a great special. NP hasn't picked it up yet. It is still a new product

ECA or ECY is another option.

This. Probably the best thermo I've used in years.

I didn't think Green Coffee Bean Extract was a fat burner... that's Green TEA extract. I'd read green bean was more of a glucose blocker?

I was thinking also SNS Leucine, ALRI Humapro?
If you decided to go with our Leucine, realize how much you're getting - it will last you a long time. Very wise investment.

Green tea extract isn't a fat burner. GCB will aid in fat loss more so than green tea extract.
