Am kind of confused about this stuff as the label mentions usage prior to intense exercise yet kinda wanders in to hinting at daily usage.
Obviously the DAA research on Italians has them using it every day...but for only a few weeks.
Has anybody used D-Pol only as a Pre-Workout supplement?
