Didin't know they have improved flavours. Used it a year ago and was disappointed by all 3 flavours that I've triedDymatize Elite XT is a pretty good choice IMO. It's profile includes casein, as well as egg albumen, but the "coated" protein digests even slower. And now with the improved taste it's almost like having dessert before bed.

Like you said, PES is touted as being pretty well flavored (haven't personally tried it) - but also XF UP 2.0 is probably more "dessert" like given its thickness and some of the flavoring options.
