Hey hi,
I have a 2500 SGD budget for buying supplements. (My employer is reimbursing it through "meals")..So , I am wondering what to purchase besides whey protein.
I have a decent muscle size right now but I have a lot of water and body fat (guess 22%) so my goal will be to cut and then I'lll think about adding muscle again.
Hence, if we keep roids and ProHormones aside, what sups actually work for cutting and what for adding muscle (bulking)? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
