My wife just bought shred her and burn 24 on the sale. Can you stack those together?

Pefectly fine. Shred her is a stim based thermo. Burn 24 is a gda with fat burning properties. Not sure on shred her dosing but the most common ways of dosing Burn24 is 2 caps (3× a day) 15-30 mins before carb heavy meals, or 3 caps (2× a day) before a carb meal containg 100+ carbs.
