    ECA/EY/ECA


    So my plan 12 weeks out from a show is to run eca for 4 weeks, EY for 4 weeks, and then eca again the last 4 weeks. I'm thinking this will help the eca work better since I'm not doing it 12 weeks straight while also minimizing water gain from the yohimbine. Plus the yohimbine might help dig into my thighs and lower back a little bit.

    Thoughts?

    Also anything else to add? I'm thinking something like recompadrol or burn 24. I've never tried a GDA. Also forskolin 95 and maybe vanillean? I already have alcar.

    I'd do ECa and then do YC at the end.

    I've been doing both during my recomp. Mainly EC, but sometimes when fasted I'll switch it for 300mg C + 15-17.5mg YHCL, especially if I start to do any cardio. What is the reasoning for going back to EC after YC?

    Well from what I've heard you don't want to do yohimbine a few weeks before a competition because you hold water.
    Yes, but then you drop the Y HCL and you should shed the water pretty quickly.

    Is there a legit write up anywhere for the purpose of and effects of an ecy vs an eca stack?
    Bought some caffeine tabs getting ready to try out an ECA stack after I run my alphamine based cut after i finish bulking.. =)
    Yes I am planning 4 months ahead. lol

    Personally speaking I like the way you have it setup.

    As per adding something, Burn 24 is a biased choice for me, but the feedback is indeed amazing. Recompadrol looks fantastic as well and I can see based on the ingredients it should be quite effective. Forskolin is great for any purpose and I'd add it in at 50-100mg if you can afford to. 100mg would be optimal.

    You do 300c+15mg YHCL x 3 doses per day?
