1. Bio-gro

    Hey can everyone who has tried Bio-gro please tell me what they have experienced? I want to know if or how well this supplement works. Thank you!

  2. I tried it for a week & a half. 4 scoops a day & didn't really notice much. It still got me gassed up like protein does. Maybe I didn't give it enough time to feel anything.

  3. I used this in a log a few months ago. It had some effects on my recovery, but not so sure about the lifts. I can say that I am sure you can find other products that can do more for you.
