Topical Yohimbine fat burners (eviscerate), and carbs

I know that when taking yohimbine hcl supplements oraly you have to avoid taking it in the presence of carbs because the insulin negates the effects of the supplement. my question to any reps or more knowledgeable users is, when dealing with transdermal yohimbine products such as eviscerate are the effects blunted my insulin from carbs as well or is this reaction no longer relevant because its not being taken oraly. if anyone could help me out with an answer asap it would be GREATLYYY appreciated. thanks
