Any problem with mixing this in water and letting it sit in a refrigerator in my shaker for an hour or so? It wouldn't lose potency right? Probably a stupid question but might as well ask. This would probably taste even more amazing if it was a little frozen like a slush puppie

So many people referenced blue razz and the mental effects of the colouring on taste I dug out my partial tub of blue razz C4 and added it to 2 scoops blueberry IV. Tasted amazing, a one-time thing because I don't want to start messing with an already amazing intra workout formula.
I'm glad Cooper updated us on the extra effects of the product, I was wondering what to attribute the extra pumps I was getting to. Chest pumped up pretty full last night

I thought I knew the data on lemon verbena in terms of recovery blood markers, cellular adaptation to exercise and joint pain when used with.
Pump was something I was oblivious to.
Now I am keen to read the write up as well lol.

Has anyone yet used it for an extended cardio session? I'm really interested to see how it works in that regard. My legs are normally trashed the day following a long cardio session.

I have used it for sprint sessions on the bike but nothing past the 60 minute mark. I would be interested in hearing reviews from runners as running causes significantly more muscle damage than cycling.
