Hypothetically, you should have your pimp deliver it rectally for the best absorption so as not to interfere with cocaine entering from the top.

AMINO IV is a BCAA and EAA supplement blend. We also know it's a 10:1:1 ratio. Other than that, we know that two of the flavors are Blueberry Burst and Cherry Limeade.

    Taste

The Blueberry is on point, its not tart, and its not sweet it has a perfect refreshing taste upon hitting your mouth and then slowly going down on the aftertaste. Its not like your eating a fresh blueberry but it has a good resemblance of exactly what you want in a powdered product. PES did a good job on masking the leucine and flavoring the overall product well. This was very similar the small HI-C drinks you could get as a kid.

Cherry Limeade this was different. Not after having Raspberry Lemonade from Alphamine I had high hopes for this and it delivered. Think about having Core ABC White Cherry but also a small blend of a lighter lemonade mixed together and that is what I tasted and thought of as I tried this product. It’s a good stronger cherry flavor to start and a small compliment of lemonade to really hit the taste buds hard and leave a long lasting impression.

    Mixability

Just like Alphamine there is 0 problems, this literally mixes right when the water meets the powder, a few scoops as shown in the video and you are in business. A touch of foam but that dissolves in a little bit. I store mine overnight so when I grab it in the morning to go train I have nothing left in my shaker cup but a very refreshing beverage.

    Formula

    Serving Size 2 Scoops (17.5 g)
    Servings Per Container 30
Thiamine (as Thiamine HCI) 15 mg
    Vitamin B-6 (as Pyidoxal-5-Phosphate) 10 mg
Vitamin B-12 (as Methylcobalamin) 125 mcg
Calcium (from Calcium Phosphate) 100 mg
Sodium (from Sodium Citrate) 75 mg
Potassium (From Potassium Citrate) 150 mg
    AminoIV™ Proprietary Blend 15 G * AMINergO™ Matrix with 10:1:1 BCAA

    L-Leucine, L-Threonine, L-Malate, L-Phenylalanine, L-Lysine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Histidine, L-Methionine

    Amino Ancillary Matrix
Taurine, α-Hydroxyisocaproic Acid, Lemon Verbena Leaf Extract

First of all per 2 scoops you are getting a Solid Electrolyte Complex, you are getting 15g of BCAA/EAA blend in a 10:1:1 Ratio and you are getting forms of HICA a Leucine Activator.

    Cost

Insider Sale -20$ a tub, you better believe I cashed in on 4 of those bad boys. I do not know the true price of this but I would guess around 25-30$ per tub, but then again you are paying for a quality intra-workout/pre-workout beverage (Fasted training). 10:1:1 Ratio, 15g of BCAA/EAA Blend and you are getting b6/b12, as well as an electrolyte complex with added HICA (Leucine Activator)

Think that cherry limeade is going to be my go to. Good vid as usual Chef.

No, he did not recover with water. He replenished his water but that does not mean he helped his muscle recovery. I had a triathlon on Sunday and drank plenty of water afterwards, but I also had aminos and hydro whey for the muscle recovery. (srs)

I don't think the results will be discernible as compared to say a stim or nootropic or PH/DS.....its not like its going to add slabs of muscle or hype you up for a workout, its basically like adding 'specialized protein' into your diet in the form of aminos. Reason I think it will be great for low cal, lower protein diets that we use to burn fat, but its not like it will be any sort of noticeable effect you see or feel in the short term.

true, I was referring to the BCAA and EAA.....not quite sure what effect the verbena will have that may be immediate and noticeable.

    It will:

    1. Reduce DOMS after a single use
    2. Improve joint and tendon resilience with continued use
    3. Increase pumps, vasoregulatory function, cardiovascular function, and performance after a single use
    4. Give a mild focus/anti-fatigue effect

All of this is supported by human data (citations are in the writeup thats coming...we have over 15 citations for verbena alone)

nice. everybody loves a pump (esp if they are the longer lasting variety) and I'll definitely notice the focus part since I am not a morning person, and I'll be using it on off days during morning/afternoon classes to infuse some nutrients during a long fasted window....extra focus will be a nice bonus effect. Maybe I'll throw some back when I take a statistics test so I don't input .01 for the significance level instead of .02 since it had two rejection zones not one lol

Bcaas sound great with that stack. AB is supposed to go well with high leucine bcaa supps.

    Hi guys,

To anyone who has tried this already, how heavily flavored is it compared to raspberry Recover Pro or the old formula Xtend? Hoping the flavor/sweetness is about the same as Raspberry Recover Pro, and too impatient to wait for it to get to my place . Thanks!!!

    Best,

On a gram for gram basis I would guess that RecoverPro is considerably sweeter. I had to use a lot of water to dilute it to something which didn't taste sickly.

Flavour wise, I much prefer Amino IV. It is more refreshing in my opinion.

Out of interest, do American's pronounce HICA the same way Bob did? I say it differently so it made me wonder lol.

Thanks! I usually dilute my BCAA/EAA into 1500ml of water. Do you think the Amino IV is not strong enough to do that with or will it be ok? I don't like it overly sweet, since I am always so thirsty at the gym that the sweetness gets intensified (I think that happens to everyone...otherwise it's just another way I'm weird ).

    Thanks, Ben!

I am not sure. I add two scoops to a full shaker cup which tastes perfect. I haven't tried with 1.5l of water.

I would imagine the flavouring system would be more suited to a shaker cup as it is what the majority of people would use.

If you try it with that much water please let me know how it goes.

    Update...

    1 scoop pre

Did not notice much nor should i feel much its a BCAA product for crying out loud and was on the way to the gym at 5 a.m. for legs...

    1 scoop intra

now.. this is the first time i trained heavy squats first, if Cooper does remember when i trained with him at PSU i got 275 x 5 for reps, well today i busted out
325 x 6 with ease, i should of easily added more weight, so i will be sure to up that next week. Overall recovery was good, been a while since i trained with an electrolyte compelx in my amino drink (been using Cellucor BCAA) but i have been having HICA, and a good dose of CM/BA in my formula compared to the Amino IV which is a bit different.

overall i found that i had a bit better pump.

Is this normal cooper??? or anyone else? What in the product may give a bit better of a pump?
My recovery was fine, i got my workout done in around an hour or so, which is a little quicker than usual even on a leg day which surprised me. Maybe i was just hungry for some ice cream

WOrkout 1 in the books guys. Great job..

Great job..
Cooper addressed this a few pages back I believe

Absolutely! Part of the amino blend will successfully cause you generate a mutation called Delta32 which keeps a protein called CCR5 from allowing HIV to latch on rendering it useless and you IMMUNE!

I would imagine the flavouring system would be more suited to a shaker cup as it is what the majority of people would use.

If you try it with that much water please let me know how it goes.
I've been doing 1 scoop in about 30oz of water and its still wonderfully flavored (blueberry). I just do this so that I can make it last longer and get more water in without thinking about it ha. I've gone as much as 1 scoop with 45oz of water and its very light but never really "watered down".

I don't like it overly sweet, since I am always so thirsty at the gym that the sweetness gets intensified (I think that happens to everyone...otherwise it's just another way I'm weird ).

    Thanks, Ben!
