    WHAT CAN FOLLOW/MATCH MY PES STACK?


    Hi guys,

    Most of you probably aren't aware but I'm currently experiencing my first real stack with Anabeta Elite, Erase Pro, Alphamine, DAA +Dopadex.

    I can't say enough good things about it so far BUT I want to start preparing for my next round so I have no real downtime in between. Living is Australia I will also have to allow a few weeks for delivery etc. and I want to try and do the wise/mature thing and budget ahead of time rather than dropping a couple hundred in one hit.

    I'm looking for something that can follow up this awesome gear I'm enjoying now and keep my results pouring in.

    What's out there? What can go toe-to-toe with these products?

    I keep hearing things like C20, PR-XT etc. around the boards and just don't know where to start looking/researching?

    My goal is to continue adding lean muscle mass, so anything that would assist with my gains and keep me shredding through the tail end of our Summer would be unreal. Any input would be appreciated!

    FWIW; Diet is pretty much on check and won't really change until our colder months roll in, so i'm on a high protein/fat and low carb diet with one or two refeed days a week. Currently doing a 4 day lower/upper split and just focusing on big muscles with compounds so I think I'm doing OK with the essentials just looking for that extra help

    ArA is Arachidonic acid which is in X-gels and GMS is Glycerol Monostearate which is sold by Synthetic supplements. You can roll on into these supplements if you want, or wait. Entirely up to you.

    Cheers mate. I think I will roll straight onto them. You think one x 100 soft gel bottle should last the month yeah?

    Then I can jump back into the PES stack again given that will be my 4 week 'off' period.

    I'd go with ArA like people have suggested. You can't go wrong with Xgels or X factor for your ArA needs.

    For ArA, dose only workout days for 50 days( taken pre-workout). 1-2 grams is what most run but I would recommend starting out with 1 gram (4 caps).

    From what I'm reading here, supplementing with this can increase DOMS? Or have I misunderstood?

    I was considering adding some Agmatine too which I also understand can help offset the pain associated with training?

    EDIT: Notice it's part of the X-GEL stack so I must be on the right track

    I've heard good things about HIGH VOLUME > Could I use this for my GMS? Or am I completely off in thinking this?

    Yea aRa will increase muscle inflammation from a workout. Which in turn equals increase an in DOMS. It can be real bad at the beginning but its subsides as the weeks go on.

    Fun times my man.....once did a helluva leg workout on a monday the 2nd week of OG X Factor. Took damn near a week before the DOMS were completely gone

    ArA can increase DOMS, but I've run multiple cycles with almost no increase in DOMS; nothing out of the ordinary anyway. ALCAR is used to minimize the platelet formation pathway and help you get the most out of ArA.

    I would just run with the Agmatine that is in HV but it depends how you want to use it. Agmatine can be used pre-bed or high carb meal as well. The rest looks good, except i'm not the biggest fan on con-cret due to the price.

    Overall should be a good run

    You'd still want to add additional GMS to HV if using it for the emulsification benefits with ArA. Also ArA provides some of the most effective pumps from a single ingredient product I have ever used, so just be careful combining it with the pump factory aka High Volume.

    I am not a big fan of the any of the other creatine blends (they just tend to be more expensive, only use Magnesium Creatine Chelate when not using Mono) unless it is something that contains extra ingredients besides the creatine.

    Yeah, Con-cret is on special at Nutraplanet so I thought while it's cheap I could give it a run and see how I respond. I feel that sometimes mono is responsible for giving me extra gas and was wondering if this could be better absorbed and resolve that issue?

    In regards to the Agmatine, I guess I could use HV pre-training and Agmatine alone either before bed or a high carb meal for example? I can dose 2 times a day yeah?

    Hmmmm... interesting.

    So could I take a smaller dosage of say, the GMS if using HV so I don't go overboard? Or keep HV just for training days and GMS alone on off days/weekend?

    If you get GI distress from creatine, check into Magnesium Creatine Chelate.

    For Agmatine, most dose anywhere from 1-2 grams per day. HV has 1 gram per 2 scoops so you could throw in some more Agmatine pre-carb meal or pre-bed and see how you like it.

    I would add a few grams of GMS to HV when taking ArA just to get the full dose of GMS (6-8 grams).

    oH, ok cool! Any recommended brands? Going through Nutraplanet at the moment and I can only find a ton of mono...

    So Agmatine and GMS will stay in the cart with the HV then! Thanks for the insight.

    If you can find it SNS MCC. Genomyx Creignite is another option.

    Ok, I will keep an eye out for that. Couldn't find SNS MCC on Nutraplanet but still have some time to look around.

    This is how my cart is looking so far for the run post PES products (my wallet is a little afraid haha)

    I'm looking to do this for around 4 weeks or 1 month before going back to the ABE/EP/Alphamine run to finish off our warmer months here in Oz.

    Looks like Kbayne got you most of the info you asked me.

    I'd still add like 4g of GMS to HV if you go that route. As far as MCC, SNS has it in bulk caps, Creignite is my go to (Orotic Acid, Astra., on top of MCC and small dose of Creatine Mono), or Green Magnitude (MCC, TMG, Taurine, and Tyrosine) are all good choices depending on what you want.

    Edit: I see the SNS stack comes with some Mono. Just dose that at 2-3g and you should be good to go.

    Stack looks good; i'm a little jealous lol. If mono gives you issues, SNS also makes MCC as mentioned, but is out of stock at the planet. The Con-cret and Mono will tide you over anyway. If Mono gives you G.I issues, split up the doses throughout the day (1.5-2.5g twice per day), or less depending on your weight (I've forgotten the creatine dosing formula).

    Overall looks solid. Let us know how you get on

    Will get the ball rolling and order this stack and in the meantime, continue enjoying my PES products satisfied knowing that I can roll straight into this once those bottles are empty.

    All I have to do now is keep lifting heavy and stay focused in the kitchen... sometimes easier said than done haha.

    FWIW - I'm probably going to add this too, just for the joint/tendon support as I've got shoulder issues and the Glucosamine/Chondriotin just isn't cutting the mustard... and you know, I thought I hadn't spend enough :P

    I personally am not sold on Compound 20, but that's neither here nor there.

    You might also consider the Tropinol XP + Intimidate SRT (Tropinol XP Triumph Stack) that's available at Nutra. It's two great products for hormonal optimization (along with some workout performance - pumps and endurance - from the icariin and K nitrate in Trop XP) for a killer price at $45 for full-sized bottles, along with some samples and extra gear. If you're looking to try something a little different with some nice feedback, that's worth looking into if you've got spare cash. I'd recommend running it for 8 weeks.

    No, they are vastly different products.

    Yeah chondroitin and glucosamine don't really have any good data supporting their use. Cissus is a much better option.

    If that is bulk powder cissus, it WILL taste bad. Still effective but just a heads up.

    Thanks for the advice. Now I'm working out in the evening, usually around 6 - 630 pm I think I might dump this in the morning upon waking.

    I guess for me, with this plethora of supplements, the hardest thing will be nailing the timing for maximum efficiency.

    Ok, let me suggest a stack routine.

    -Alpha t2, 1 cap pre breakfast + one cap later in the day on an empty stomach (allow at least 30 minutes before consuming carbs and not too close to bed time)
    -Compound 20, I would take mine (2 caps) with breakfast and then again with my pre-workout stack
    -Dopadex, you can take one with alpha t2 pre breakfast (allow at least 30 min before food) and dose your second with the other Alpha t2 cap (because they both work best on a empty stomach, you may as well dose them at the same time) then you can take a third cap pre bed
    -Abilerate AMMO I have no experience with but it seems as though you would take it in the AM and pre-bed, so dose with Alpha t2 and Dopadex in the AM and with your Dopadex in the PM

    Pre Workout:

    -X-gels (4 caps = 1g)+ GMS + High Volume can be taken pre-workout (take X-gels 45-60 minutes pre gym and then you can use High Volume 30 minutes pre, or at the same time; up to you).
    -Agmatine can be used pre-bed or pre a high carb meal. I wouldn't dose it pre workout as it is already in HV.
    -Creatine dose 3-5g at any time of the day; split up the doses if need be
