help with anabeta Epro stack

I'd run it for 12 weeks.
Weeks 5-8: Anabeta + EP
Weeks 9-12: EP
Dose anabeta 2/2 pre/post workout on training days and 4 caps spread throughout the day on off days (with meals). Dose EP 1 cap upon rising.http://pescience.com/

Alright thanks I should start it in about 2 weeks. I'll put up my logs periodically. I do have one concern though. If I'm taking the anabeta before my workout at about the same time I take my pre workout are there any issues with that?

So almost 4 weeks In and I've gained a solid 10 pounds and several inches of hard muscle. I trimmed out a little and toned up also. As far as the effects of anabeta, a nice increase in strength and drive. The hunger is pretty intense as warned.
I have a new problem however. I had intended to run the anabeta elite and erase pro but my order came with a bottle of the original erase. My question is as I start the second 4 weeks what's the dosing? 4 anabeta and 3 erase? What about timing?

Ya I usually just do 3 caps of Erase upon waking for convenience. Timing isn't the biggest issue, just get the 3 caps in daily.
Also crazy results so far man. Glad you have enjoyed it.

Yep, don't stress out about timing for the Erase. If you want to spread it out into separate doses, cool, but all 3 in the morning works too.
