I was wanting to know how Agmatine or products with Vit C (Absorbic Acid) effected hypertrophy if you were using them 30-45 mins before training
since Agmatine has anti oxident properties, and my pwo's have Vit C (Absorbic acid) , like iforce potassium nitrate.
im quite worried actually since iv been using them for a long time now
