    Antioxidents around workout times pre and post


    I was wanting to know how Agmatine or products with Vit C (Absorbic Acid) effected hypertrophy if you were using them 30-45 mins before training

    since Agmatine has anti oxident properties, and my pwo's have Vit C (Absorbic acid) , like iforce potassium nitrate.

    im quite worried actually since iv been using them for a long time now

    I wouldn't worry about that. The issue is usually pretty high doses of anti-oxidants during that time frame and I personally wouldn't use a nitrate containing product in the absence of Vitamin C.

    there a some studies done on antioxidants, usually its vit C and E. and they have been show to hinder hypertrophy gains.how much i do not know.
