Are you under 200#s? If so start at 1 cap twice a day and run for 4-6 weeks. If above 200# then you can go up to 3 caps a day

i wasn't looking for gains. mostly wanted to get my libido back and other things i dont know if i actually gained anything it was after an epi cycle so kinda hard to tell

Its not my favorite test booster but its #1 for many users. You could even stack with SNS DAA if you want

We make capped bulbine in a convenient dosage. It works well for libido and will raise test.

SNS Bulbine is good quality and a great value for those who are under 200lbs. Bulbine can be tricky to dial in the correct dosage and more is definitely not better, but once you find your correct dosage it packs a decent punch and has many benefits aside from boosting test. I have run 4 bottles and each one lasted me 6-8 weeks depending on how I dosed it. To the OP, regarding dosage, I have commented in the review section. Great review. I have read that for a 200lb. person 750mg is optimal. Im 189 lbs. with about 12% body fat. Im thinking my dosage should ve 700mg. How many mg per pill?

I believe the SNS Prolensis is 350mg per capsule.

That sounds about right. But to be on the safe side, just keep an eye on symptoms of low estrogen (ie. sore/achy joints, low libido, etc). This will tell you if you are overdoing it and past the dosing curve.

Aside from optimizing test, it also lowers estrogen. Too much can lead to low estrogen symptoms, one of which is low libido.

That seems to be the best "sign" that you are dosing Bulbine to high

Sup fellas, quick question here. Got about 5 weeks left on my cut. Currently sitting around 240. I'Ve used sns bulbine standalone before at 2 caps a day. Noticed some increased acne and maybe a lil alpha male feeling. Not much besides that. I do feel I recovered much quicker than normal, even while switching up my routine. Now after this cut I was planning on stacking DAA with Bioforge Promax. I respond well to fadogia and I think adding daa wud be a great addition. After searching around I see that Lecheek has come out with a new booster in TX-3. Now here is the problem, Promax already has a mild AI in it via the 7 - methoxyflavone and TX- 3 has 50mg of Arimistane (erase). Now oer the rat study, Bulbine also has estrogen control properties as well. I am concerned with lowering estrogen dangerously to low.

IIRC 7 - methoxyflavone has a very short half life and I can take 3 caps of erase with no joint pain at all. Also dosed erase pro every day and never noticed any joint discomfort. Im my head the fact that DAA causes estrogen elevation as well would maybe cancel out the double estro control of the Arimistane and bulbine stacked together. I guess the other option would be to use dpol nstead of Tx-3, but im jus concerned about the heightened estrogen from the DAA with out a good proven AI to control it. The data on bulbine is only from a rat study, so im having a problem making a decision

I've read that it's actually recommended during pct. no required but it could be beneficial to recovery. I'm also in my last days of pct and read this. It's good to just get a little boost during pct.

I havr 4 more days of PCT and the past 3 or 4 days and intermiten times for the past 4 weeks my libio has been low. About 3 1/2 weeks ago I got bloods and my estrogen was 250 despite taking 12.5mg of Aromasine while on cycle, so Im guessing what I had was bunk. I have been on real Adex for a week and a half (.25mg every 3rd day) since. Im due for bloods again on Monday.
