I am having troubles deciding which of these two would be more beneficial for bodybuilding and general health, despite reading tons of studies on the subject...
The reason why I am trying to choose between one OR the other is because they are in competition to reach cells and cancel each other if taken in the same amount, and there would be no point in taking both as supplements (I may be wrong...).
Therefore : if only one was supposed to remain in my diet, which one?
Yes this part of the amino is great as well for me because it has anti-Herpes properties!
I read somewhere that Lysine might reduce 5 alpha reductase activity and thus DHT. People say it prevented their hair from falling, but I can't seem to find a study with grounded evidence stating this on the web.
