Been wanting a topic made for this for a while I would love to compile a list of ingredients/supplements that should not be mixed either for safety or efficiency reasons.

    I will kick it off:

ARA with anti-inflammatories (cissus, fish oils, etc.)

Calcium inhibits the absorption of some minerals such as iron, reduces effectiveness of many sleep aids (ZMa), some antibiotics.

Phytic acid (common in foods like oatmeal) will block absorption of many minerals as well, save your multivitamins for later in the day if you enjoy an oatmeal breakfast.

    Dendrobium alkaloids + beta alanine

    Tyramine + yohimbe

    Icariin + nitrates

    Prohormones/androgens + blood thinners

Knowledge is power, now you know to take it separate. I found out through the forum that I had been timing a few things wrong, for example taking cissus post workout.

Nothing worse than spending good money on supplements just to waste them or cause detrimental effects.

I always stay away from mixing is Icariin and Nitrates, also Viagra and Nitrates, it can lower blood pressure too much.

I remember with the old meso formula back in the day had icariin & nitrates, their was enough reports back about feeling dizzy after using the 2 ingredients together.

If we can get the most common mistakes made with mixing I would be happy. I recall a recent post of yours regarding beta alanine but can't find it now

I have always dosed T2 products on an empty stomach as that is the way T3 and T4 needs to be dosed. Not sure if there is anything concrete to support this but it makes logical sense.

Has anyone heard of agmatine + d-aspartic acid not to be mixed?

Prohormones/Androgens and Coumadin/Bloodthinners. Apparently test increases the potency of the bloodthinners making your blood too thin. I was six days into a prohormone cycle last year when I pulled a hamstring. My blood had gotten so thin that the muscle wouldn't stop bleeding from the inside to the point where my entire leg from glute to ankle was black and blue. Hands down the most painful injury of my life. Required a blood transfusion and 10 days in the hospital. If you ever get prescribed bloodthinners get off your cycle immediately and inform your doc.

So with the phytic acid, is it right it just blocks some copper, zinc, magnesium and calcium? Or vitamins and other minerals aswell??

Curios to see how long you should wait before taking a Viagra cialis or any other pde5 inhibitor (icariin ect) when using nitrates. When I use Icariin late in the day I feel poor erection quality use to the combo but nothing if I use one or the other

The FDA released a statement on combining tyrosine + yohimbine, and the dendrobine/BA thing was from a 50+ year old paper that took some major digging

I'm sure its common knowledge, but just in case someone missed it: Grapefruit juice, or the P450 enzyme inhibiting substituents of grapefruit, is generally best avoided when taking practically any medicine.
