Took standard one scoop dose and sipped a little before workout and slowly drank the rest after. I workout at lunch hour and need something tosleepiness around 1 to 2 pm. This stuff was ok but gave me the squirts! Probably mostly the caffeine but have gas, bloating, and the sh**s.

The cotton candy flavor was awesome. But I too had major gas and squirt issues with it. Maybe if taken with food, would have been better than on empty stomach.
I also got drowsy an hour or so after drinking it. Guess I need to try the decaf version. Getting order ofin mail today. Hope this works. Tried Modafinil for few days but also gave me gas and insomnia.

I went through a couple tubs of Caffeine free Focus XT and for me it was the bomb. Never had any stomach issues either.
Npept was good. Took a while for me to notice the effects but I noticed a dramatic change after I stopped usage for about three weeks. Memory wasn't nearly as sharp
