10% forskolin dosage

    So I've researched different % and 95 is the way to go but I found a great deal for 10% and want to try it out.

    2 caps is going to be 250mg ... so would taking 4 caps spread out be effective?

    Best to go with quality over quantity. Or price in this matter.

  8. I think your best bet is to buy the F95 & then take 1 of your 10% caps with 2-3 of the 95's during the day.

    You might be able to work up to 2 of each spread throughout the day.

  9. 100 mg of forskolin is what you want, so take 1 gram.

  10. How much dif is there between 50mg and 100mg forskolin? Are the fat loss benefits greater at larger dose or will 50mg suffice, just take longer?

    You're better off taking 100 mg than taking 50 mg for an extended period of time.

    I would do 1 dose with each time you take a fat burner and 1 dose with each of your largest meals as it mimics glp1

  15. Well so far I've used 250mg the first day then 500mg, then 1g the past couple of days and haven't had any gi issues.
