Hey AM, first time poster here. Have done lots of reading through these forums, you guys seem very knowledgable about all aspects of bb'ing, especially supplements. And your company reps aren't pushy like in other forums
Been bulking for awhile and will continue on through next summer trying to stay as lean as possible.
My current stack is just basic stuff...creatine, some Bcaa, , multi, and some various pre-workouts.
I am wanting kick it up with something new to keep me on track and push through my workouts and meal plan. From what I've seen around here OG is great for bulking stacked with or alone. Also very interested in which also has some great feedback. What would be the better option for someone who has never tried either? Looking for lean mass gains, and any leaning effect would be welcomed as well
Is the Erase necessary?
Or maybe splurge for some ?
Open to other suggestions as well, but more interested in these
