    Yeah it sucks. Shes actually allergic to all nuts and tree nuts. I guess the good thing is in the 7 years of eating it, she never had a reaction. They said after a year they will test again. I think it's really weird how many nut allergies kids have nowadays.

    It was discovered during allergy testing. There were some small signs we missed. Red spots on cheeks and sometimes she would say she had scratchy throat. We assumed it was from dog, or ragweed etc. We really really lucked out.

    Day today

    Lots of fiber. I got all carbs today from pumkin pumpkin butter and 1 slice gluten free bread

    4 cans of pumpkin is 700 cals and about 48 finer

    Either would work. Some people use higher carb meals as their cheat (Pasta from a resturant etc)

    Sausage stuffed peppers
    Mango Gorgonzola salad
    Eggplant rollotini
    Chicken w peppers
    Pumpkin ravioli
    Ice box dessert (gram crackers w pudding inside) with vanilla ice cream and a Oreo stuffed with a Reese's and covered in chocolate

    That's why I don't miss cheat meals. The damage control was so mentally draining.. Especially the waiting to get it done. Props man lol

  34. Just killed the workout


    Started off 30 min jog. Was like 3.1 miles

    Then like 19 sets shoulders, 6 biceps and 12 triceps

    Then I started to do abs and it made me have to goto the bathroom so I dipped out a tad early to get home haha


    Shoulders was

    Rear delt with cables
    Rear delts with db
    Upright row
    Db lateral raises
    Cable lateral raises

    Bis
    Cable rope curl
    Seated cable curl

    Tris
    Dips
    Push downs
    Single arm reverse push downs
    Cable isolateral push down

    Dont eat yourself stupid, and they can be very beneficial. Portions make a drastic difference.

    Your not really fasting if your drinking 50-60g of aminos throughout the day as a FYI
    Aminos are calories, and they also raise glucose/insulin levels, so its not technically fasting...

    I consider it fasting. As it does nothing for me to reduce hunger and I'm not chewing

    I had 40 or 50g today

    I do not consume more then 10g every 2-3 hours.

    I know your being technical with my term of fasting. But I consider it not eating solid food or protein shakes

    I fully understand aminos have calories however you can't label it as such

    Aminos are free forms of Protein, they are calories lol 50g = 50g of protein, thats 200 calories, that is not technically fasting , but again they are calories in the end.

    Yeah very technical when it comes to aminos/bcaa.

    I notice when I remember to take my aminos before my am fasted/tech non-fasted bc I had aminos cardio. I tend to be much more vascular following my 1st meal of the day which is chicken/egg whites/oats and pb

    Its still calories you have to account for, since you dont use 60g of aminos everyday the caloric load will shift (correct?)
    same with veggies and those you dont count, If you dont eat the same amount and remain consistent then its not really accurate (again not sure if you eat the same, but yesterday you had 4 can of pumpkin which i am sure is not an everyday feat)

    Just trying to show you that...

    Sure it may not pinpoint or hinder weightloss, but if your going to alter amounts and not use the same amount everyday there is a variance in kcals. (which may make a difference in weightloss)

    So if you actually did add up the greens/bcaa's etc you would get a better understanding of how many kcals you are truly intaking and what you are burning etc.

    I bet when you shift to a bulking phase you wont use as many aminos etc due to the caloric surplus of calories (just taking a stab here) and will eat less veggies due to a higher caloric allowance to fit in other food sources.

    Again just showing you even though the FDA May not label them, BCAA's are still free forms of PROTEIN and still have caloric value (1g = 1g of protein aka 4 calories) so yes insulin will be spiked, just like if you ate 10g of protein same with rise in blood glucose levels from constant aminos being pushed into your body, its not whole foods, but still has the impact on the body compared to being 100% Fasted.

    But in the end to each their own.
