So I was thinking about doing 1cap first thing in the morning, 1 erase cap 6 hours later and then 2 caps of right before bed. Ill be on a cal deficit and just want to maintain LBM and strength. I also have a bottle of F-95 is there any dose I should run that at to help out or am I better off buying more bottles and using 100 mg a day spread out with 4 1 cap doses? Would this be an effective stack? I might also through in a cap of here and there throughout the day.
