Here's my potential stack:
** XR (1x in AM)
** + + (30 min before meals)
** + (pre-workout)
**Phase8 (PWO Protein shake)
**Creatine Mono/Creatine HCL/ / 2:1:1:1 ratio (scoop pre and post workout)
**5 HTP/GABA/St. Johns Wort (once mid day, once before bed)
** SRT (before bed)
What should I add/change to this stack to meet my goals?
