Hows this look?
Dose 1 cap + 1 cap ssv2 20-30 mins prior to first carb meal in the morning.
2 cap 20-30 mins pre workout meal. (75grams of carbs, 100g of oats)
1 cap recompadrol + 1 cap ssv2 20-30mins post workout meal.
Should i eat more carbs while taking these? Or will it just allow me to make more use of the carbs i ingest? Therefor getting away with eating more?
