Recompadrol + SSv2 on a bulk/recomp

  1. Recompadrol + SSv2 on a bulk/recomp


    Hey,

    How would you suggest dosing these while on a bulk/recomp. Not sure of the difference between each term, i want to gain as much size and strength possible while keeping fat to a minimum so i guess recomp would be more accurate?

    Are these two good for a recomp and not counter productive? And how would you suggest taking the two products? Together or at different times? And when and what meals would be optimal?

    Dose 1 cap recompadrol + 1 cap ssv2 20-30 mins prior to first carb meal in the morning.

    2 cap recompadrol 20-30 mins pre workout meal. (75grams of carbs, 100g of oats)

    1 cap recompadrol + 1 cap ssv2 20-30mins post workout meal.


    Should i eat more carbs while taking these? Or will it just allow me to make more use of the carbs i ingest? Therefor getting away with eating more?

    This looks good so far I think you should increase your carb intake and make sure you are following your macros also. I would start tracking your calories with My Fitness Pal also. How long do you plan on running this cycle? Are you taking any protein as well? What about BCAAs? Just trying to get a feel for your goals.

    That looks good.

    Increase carbs a bit on pre workout meal and start working out no earlier then 90 min after the meal for optimal pumps.

    Thanks! Ive been tracking calories using that app for a while now, pretty handy. Gonna run one bottle of each so 45 days of recompadrol and 30 days of SSv2 at this dosing. Yep taking both protein, BCAAs etc aiming for a bit of a bulk while keeping fat to a minimum. So i believe this is a recomp!?

    Perfect, thats what my timing is around currently! So will work well!

    When I used a bottle I had some GI distress. I'm also not partial to Vanadium.

  14. Fantastic combo. They really go good together as I am running them together right now. I'm taking 1 cap SSv2 with Recompadrol twice per day with the rest of the doses being just Recompadrol.

    Vanadyl sulfate is easier and quickly digested compared to the organic salts which get stuck I. Vanadium sensitive tissue like bones and kidneys.

    That's why we opted for sulphate

    Some people get bad gi distress from it. It happens. That's why you really need to ease into dosing.

  16. I dosed one cap yday and started two caps today. My stools have been a bit loser than normal but if thats the only sides i can live with that. My slin sane arrived today so will dose one cap today then into the routine above from tomorrow. Should the recompadrol give me a bit of a lift during training? Felt very good today.

    I honestly don't remember. I believe I did ease into it after the first day when I had GI issues, which lessened them.

  19. What would dosing look like with burn 24? I was thinking 1 b24, 1 rdrol, and 1 scp. M powder 3 times a day. Would there be a more optimal dosing for efficacious dosages or would this be good?
