Hi everyone I have been reading this forum for a while now and have gained so much knowledge. I am about to start a stack and want some recommendations on how to stack it.
A little background on me 34 years old 5'11" 182 lbs. I am in the military so cardio is a must for me. I run between 30-45 miles a week. The products I would like to stack are:
I plan on doing HIT training and of course cardio. I want to be able to see my abs come through and gain more definition on my body. I will be eating a clean diet ingesting about 2500 calories a day. Can someone give me some advice on how to stack all of these or did I go in for the overkill. Any comments, suggestions, or criticism would be appreciated. Thanks!
