Great to hear you got over your depression. I've been using homemadefor over 10 years, since I was in high school. I just happen to take my Zinc, Mag and B6 pre bed because it does help me sleep well.
My choice for the different types of Zinc and Mag have evolved over the years and I am glad to say I found Magnesium Glycinate Chelate about 6 months ago and I love it. I use Albion.
I do have a question...
I was told you only need to take 100mg. Is that right? Or should I be taking 400mg?
