In most cases I suggest people take new supplements alone so they know how supplements are affecting them.
That being said, this combination has been used a lot and it's a stack I would recommend to many people who inquire about it. This is particularly true if you have a higher sensitivity to aromatase with . There is no need to use anything during or after the course as it is manipulating endogenous hormones not adding synthetic exogenous to the body.
Best results are running them pretty much as labeled on both bottles:
- 3 tablets or 1 scoop (depending on type) daily to get maximum dose of DAA, on workout days taking it 30-45 minutes prior will provide nitrates for the gym.
- 1 capsule with first meal (on off days easy to take it and Dpol together in the mornings in my experience)
Past that the best results are being consistent with dosing and having training and diet nailed down as usual.
