So there is no real difference between taking it every day? SNS does say it's recommended for every day
i thought it "saturate" and be more efficient but if it's only needed before workout 1.5g would be great!

I dont think many will need to dose higher than 1 gram, in fact many stick to 500mg of arachidonic acid and still see very noticeable gains.
Not to thread hijack, but can cissus be used with ara if taken away from the pre workout ara dose? I need it for ma joints
1g is good, 2g is better. That's the cool thing about ArA, higher dose = better effects/results. Since you only dose on workout days it does make it possible to run over 1g a workout and not break the bank completely.
